💰 Refund Policy

At Sgrnexzen Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training services. Please read our refund policy
carefully.
1. Course Fee Refund
Eligible for Refund:
- Refund requests within 3 days of enrollment.
- No more than 2 classes attended.
- No access/download of premium materials (if applicable).
Not Eligible for Refund:
- After 3 days of enrollment.
- After course completion.
- Discounted or promotional offers.
- Digital downloadable products.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email.
- Include payment receipt and reason for refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Course Cancellation by Academy
If Sgrnexzen Academy cancels a course:
- Full refund will be issued
OR
- Student may choose to transfer to another batch.
4. Batch Transfer Policy
- One-time batch transfer is allowed (subject to availability).
- Request must be made before 50% course completion.
5. No Refund for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time
- Failure to attend classes
- Technical issues not related to Academy
