💰 Refund Policy

At Sgrnexzen Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Course Fee Refund

Eligible for Refund:

• Refund requests within 3 days of enrollment.
• No more than 2 classes attended.
• No access/download of premium materials (if applicable).

Not Eligible for Refund:

• After 3 days of enrollment.
• After course completion.
• Discounted or promotional offers.
• Digital downloadable products.

2. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email.
• Include payment receipt and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Course Cancellation by Academy

If Sgrnexzen Academy cancels a course:

• Full refund will be issued

OR

• Student may choose to transfer to another batch.

4. Batch Transfer Policy

• One-time batch transfer is allowed (subject to availability).
• Request must be made before 50% course completion.

5. No Refund for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Failure to attend classes
• Technical issues not related to Academy
